FTP Server and Client Combos for mount point sharing

I have tried to workaround the sharing issues that are caused by Dokan for a long time. Now I have given up and will concentrate on making Phase I stable.

So, I feel the best way (Or a way), is to have something else that takes care of sharing the mount point to the network.

This, I think can be achieved by using 1 of the many free FTP services out there, and then to either use explorer FTP mapping, or a dedicated client application that will allow the map to be visible in all apps on the client.

What I would like you (the reader) to do, is to give some experiences of using the free (or cheap) FTP services, and any experiences of using explorer and/or mapping apps.
