Sorry if you think that this has gone quiet.. Far from it. I am in the process of writing an FTP Client, that is revealing a lot of optimizations that will result in a smoother experience for any work that will be done by me in the future for this project.
In the mean time José has been kind enough to supply some fixes to the Phase I code base. He has also done some changes to the Dokan driver, which I hope will be merged into it's main stream and then signed (hint)...

Please test these and see if you get some benefits as well :-)

- Optimisation in fileOpen to minimise use of File.Exists(...)
- Optimisation in MoveFile to keep the files on the same drive (Faster move result)
- Change implementation of GetFileSecurityNative(...)
